A young man is accused of rape and murder and placed on trial. His father doesn't believe that he is guilty, so in act of desperation he grabs the bailiff's guns and takes the whole jury hostage and insists that the prosecuting attorney re-investigates the crime that his son's accused of.

Secret Story takes more or less the basic principles of Big Brother, a reality show created in 1997 by the Dutchman John de Mol. The game contestants are cut off from the rest of the world during ten to fifteen weeks in a house called “house of secrets”, where every room is fitted with video cameras, except the restroom. They have to keep a secret while trying to discover the other contestants’ one.

"Secret Story - O Reencontro" is a spin-off of the reality show "Secret Story - Casa dos Segredos", where several of the most emblematic contestants of the previous editions of the reality will meet again inside the most watched house in the country. There, they will face each other and fight for the final prize.
