Cartoon worlds collide in this hourlong adventure starring whiz kid Jimmy Neutron and Timmy Turner from "The Fairly OddParents." Advertising executive Nick Beame learns that his wife is sleeping with his employer. As the animals party, Dag the coyote and his pack attempt to raid the chicken coop. Ben fends them off alone but is fatally wounded and killed. Otis must now learn the value of responsibility when he becomes the leader of his farm home's community.

Retroville becomes ground zero for a meteor engraved with a mysterious alien message, which only the best and brightest(naturally, Jimmy) can translate. When he finally figures the message out, he and his friends are teleported into deep space and are forced to become contestants on an intergalactic reality game show, where the losers have their home planets destroyed.

Jimmy takes a journey to a far-off comet called Twonkus 3 and some adorable alien creatures called Twonkies follow him back to Earth in his sand samples. Carl gives them away as pets, despite Jimmy's warnings. When Jimmy finds out the Twonkies become dangerous monsters when exposed to music, he and his friends must round them up and send them back to space before it's too late.

After the evil King Goobot sends his assistant Ooblar to steal Jimmy Neutron's Mark IV rocket ship in an attempt to enslave the earth, it's up to Jimmy, Goddard, Carl, and YOU to go after Ooblar in a high speed chase through Nicktoon Studios!

Sketches include "Glass Booth Guy" in which a gas station clerk mocks people from his bullet-proof glass box and a sketch in which a woman is trying to break up with her weird boyfriend (he's a skeleton). The undisputed highlight is "OEDEBATTLE", a parody of Mortal Kombat-style games. In it, the young boy tries to defeat Steve's muscle-bound character; unfortunately, the characters he gets to choose from are "Accountant," "Sick Old Woman," "Little Girl," "Puppy" and "HerbaPet."

Short-subject movie parodies with casts completely comprised of the digits. Released in 1999, Thumbtanic gives the thumb-treatment to James Cameron's box-office and Oscar juggernaut Titanic and features the voice talents of Mary Jo Keenan and Mark DeCarlo, among others.
