DREAM.16 took place on September 25, 2010, at Nippon Gaishi Hall in Nagoya, Japan, promoted by Fighting and Entertainment Group’s DREAM. The main event features Gegard Mousasi facing Tatsuya Mizuno in the Light Heavyweight Grand Prix final to crown the first DREAM Light Heavyweight Champion, with Mousasi coming off a submission win over Jake O’Brien and Mizuno advancing via TKO against Melvin Manhoef at DREAM.15. Other key bouts include Shinya Aoki vs. Marcus Aurelio, Jason Miller vs. Kazushi Sakuraba, and Hiroyuki Takaya vs. Chase Beebe. The event marks DREAM’s final MMA show of 2010 before Dynamite!!, featuring 10 bouts in a ring.

DREAM.6 took place on September 23, 2008, at Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan, promoted by Fighting and Entertainment Group’s DREAM. The main event features Gegard Mousasi facing Ronaldo Souza in the Middleweight Grand Prix final to crown the first DREAM Middleweight Champion, with Mousasi advancing after a decision win over Melvin Manhoef and Souza submitting Zelg Galešić at DREAM.4. Hello explores changes in two people’s working lives: a Mexican trash picker who separates and collects recyclable materials from landfills to sell by the kilo, and a German freelance computer-animation designer working for the advertising industry in Berlin. The double interview is controlled and manipulated by a computer-generated severed hand which Maria describes as an object once discovered in the trash while working in the violent northern town of Mexicali. This CGI hand was in turn produced by Max, who was born with no arms, and sought refuge in computer-imaging as a means to operate and manipulate a digital reality.
