Fukuoka presents a deeply symbolic yet subtly delivered narrative, where characters use their real names and explore unresolved conflicts through poetic conversations and understated emotions. The mysterious character Sodam acts as a catalyst, blurring the lines between reality and illusion while guiding Je Moon and Hae Yo to confront their past. With its open-ended cliffhanger and interpretive style, director Zhang Lu challenges viewers to reflect on memory, regret, and the complexity of human connection.
