For Charlie Pattinson and Dante Colle, either fortune is on their side or they really are just a pair of step-brothers who are hot enough to fuck anyone they want. Whatever the case may be, the two of them are on a hot streak that has given them the hunger for more. When Princeton Price and his buddy Roman Todd prank Princeton's sister, they always have a good time. However, there's more than one family prankster lurking about. Roman's step-brother, Elye Black, gets more than an eyeful when he catches the two of them making out.

1989: 64th and last year of the Showa era. A girl is kidnapped and killed. The unsolved case is called Case 64 ('rokuyon'). 2002: Yoshinobu Mikami, who was the detective in charge of the Case 64, moves as a Public Relations Officer in the Police Affairs Department. His relation with the reporters is conflicted and his own daughter is missing. The statute of limitations for the Case 64 will expire in one year. Then a kidnapping case, similar to the Case 64, takes place. The rift between the criminal investigation department and police administration department deepens. Mikami challenges the case as a public relations secretary.

Mia and Kozack are put on leave - and continue their investigation together. After some initial friction, they realize that they complement each other very well: Kozack knows his way around the Berlin scene and Mia has a quick wit and excellent contacts "at the top". Kozack has to realize that Mia is an equal partner - a hard blow for the macho man.
