Phantom Bride is a movie short released and the OIF "Arise" Challenge. It tells the story of a band of three, Jax, Wolf, and Deacon, and their struggle to decide if they should remain the "big fish" in the small local pond or if they should take the leap and go all in to take their band on the road.
