His beloved girlfriend got married... Originally from Redu Mare, the hero of the second novel is the power juggler Ion Ciocanu. The third novel tells about a young rural saint. His love for a random girl he met awakened a craving for a "mundane" life. But Valentine is lucky... The film ends with a story about Toolbarel, a cheerful and wise old man. He appears in all the other novels.

With this project we bring foreward this problem, witch not only affects the third world, but is a worldwide situation witch needs to be adressed.

Return is a methodical construction of the approach of an individual towards an unseen goal, which assumes metaphorical significance. Viola moves toward the camera/viewer, pausing every few steps to ring a bell, at which point he is momentarily thrust back to his starting place, and then advanced again. Finally reaching his destination, he is taken through all of the previous stages in a single instant and returned to the source of his journey.

One Nation, One King

„Un peuple et son roi" crosses the destinies of the men and women of the population, and those of historical figures. Their meeting place is the newly founded National Assembly. At the heart of the story lie the fate of the king and the birth of the French Republic.
