The Patron

The cleaner moves like a nameless shadow on the fringes of cultural capital. When one of her employers — a wealthy art benefactor — leaves town, the door to another life suddenly opens, allowing her to step forward as someone more intriguing, someone whose name is met with admiration and respect. Two young art students are quick to be charmed by the power player she pretends to be, and together they embark on a tantalizing dance through the night, where the boundaries between art and exploitation blur and the truth waits just around the corner.
