Devil's Island

After Italian capitulation in WW2, German forces are rushing to take control of the Dalmatian coast, forcing thousands of people to take refuge. One partisan boat, filled with refugees, tries to reach a safe area, but because of a storm it must stop near a small island. While the crew tries to repair it, a German gunboat comes from nearby.

Gunpowder

At the end of September 1941, Soviet artillery troops in besieged Leningrad realize that pretty soon they will fire their last shot, and after that the defense of the city will be doomed. The film is based on a true event: a small group of fearless soldiers transported a large supply of gunpowder through enemy lines to Leningrad.

Muxˣ

Mux spent many years in a coma in a clinic with a constant stream of television. But at least he survived a serious car accident! Now he has woken up, and he has a plan: during his time in hospital, he came up with the idea of a fairer society. At the Bundestag’s “Infomobile” in Dresden, a citizen complains that the government is out of touch with the people. SPD parliamentarians attend a workshop to practise strategies for dealing with right-wing populist topics. A crowd chants: close the borders! Journalists from the taz and Bild-Zeitung newspapers discuss the issues of the day. An editorial team from TV station MDR produces a report entitled “Attack on Democracy – the New Right.”

Ninna

The comedy 'Ninna' is about the title character, who lives with her son Dennis in Præstø, where she also works at the local takeaway. When Dennis announces that he wants to move away from home after his 18th birthday, Ninna's world collapses. She therefore sets out a plan to get him back home. But along the way, Ninna must also revisit her own life and settle on the past. 'Ninna' is a comedy that addresses serious topics and treats them in a humorous light.

Pili, a 51-year-old widow, unexpectedly leaves her home when, on her way, she is interrupted by the presence of an alien. After trying to tell her children about the extraterrestrial encounter and being ignored by them, she must investigate how to deal with this being. Bimbi, aka Takács Klára is unemployed. She lives in a sublet and has no idea how she will live and pay her bills. But luckily for her, the previous tenant, who had a letter of recommendation for the director of Tormássy Works, has now been put in a mental home. So he can apply for a job with the "unused" letter of recommendation. Since the letter says that the "lady with a bit of a bug" will not get a job, she can go to the son of the CEO as a typist's assistant.
