Considered an immigrant, common and plain, Catherine de Medici is married into the 16th century French court as an orphaned teenager expected to bring a fortune in dowry and produce many heirs, only to discover that her husband is in love with an older woman, her dowry is unpaid and she’s unable to concieve. The Shift
Brussels. Seventeen-year-olds Eden and Abdel carry out a terrorist attack in their school. Isabelle and Adamo, two paramedics who rush to the scene after the explosion, find Eden injured and unconscious, and load him into the ambulance without imagining that he is one of the terrorists. When Isabelle realizes that he is wearing an explosive belt, it is too late: Eden has woken up.
