Polish businessman Jarek Branicki organizes a beauty pageant. As the man in charge, he expects his girlfriend to win it and suggests this outcome to the judges. At the same time, however, he is on the verge of bankruptcy and tries to escape the country after being cornered by his creditors. Recognized by a passenger on the train, he flees and finds refuge in the underground passages of Warsaw’s central railway station.

Marcin Kroll deserts from his military unit that’s headed to the training ground. Lieutenant Arek is sent after him, tasked with bringing Kroll back to the unit before an official investigation begins. The officers fear a scandal: the inquiry could expose the brutal conditions in the unit that drove several soldiers to suicide.

Poznań 56

The film depicts the momentous and tragic history of the Poznan uprising of 1956. The memory of the director, who was a nine-year-old boy at the time, is the only canvass of the script. The main characters of the black-and-white film are two boys aged ten and twelve. From their perspective, the viewer follows the development of events. From the depths of the gates, through the rails of fences and cluttered backyards, through the eyes of the children we watch the street riots. The film, without action in the literal sense of the word, was made using a reportage technique that perfectly captures the spontaneity of the Poznan uprising. Among other things, the author of the picture depicts the adventures of a young worker Zenek, who becomes the unwitting leader of the protest, and five professors, who by chance find themselves in the very center of events.

Once at the opening day, Zosya meets an irresistible macho, photo artist Mateusz, and, contrary to her own principles, falls in love with him. But after a while she begins to realize that Mateusz is also a “hunter” and that they are colleagues ...

Seven minutes - sweet moment that can change lives forever. History of several autumn, although extremely hot days in the life of Piotr Winkler, who in an unexpected way loses control over his stable and secure life. 37-year-old designer, happy husband of Marta and Agnieszka's father, goes to conference as a substitute for a colleague. There he meets an attractive brunette, which will soon topple the peaceful, happy world upside down.
