Jethalal lives with his naive yet lovable wife Daya Ben and their mischievous son Tapu, whose antics frequently disrupt the peace of the society. The members often warn Jethalal to control Tapu or face eviction. In desperation, he calls his father, Champaklal, from the village, hoping heโll instill discipline in Tapu.
