He is a dedicated obstetrician-gynaecologist who was forced to leave Sievierodonetsk and move to the capital after his clinic and home were destroyed as a result of shelling. Having survived the trauma, he tries to rebuild his life in a new place together with his daughter. The new place of work plunges Dr. Honchar into unexpected professional disputes and labyrinths of intrigues when he accidentally stumbles upon the ambitions of the deputy head of the hospital.
