Ukrainian composer Mykola Lysenko goes for a walk in Kyiv. Along the way, his memory takes him back in time: first to his childhood in the village of Hrynky; to May 1861, when he attended Taras Shevchenko's funeral; to a trip to Leipzig; to the time when he was working on the opera "Taras Bulba"; to the images of Olha O'Connor and Olha Lypska, who gave him love, happiness, and inspiration.

Executed Dawns
Bolsheviks aim to set their rules on the lands of the Western Ukraine repeatedly occupied by them. UPA - the partisan army - resists their policy. The civilian population becomes a hostage of this war "without rules", and above all – relatives of the insurgents. Invaders and their allies cruelly torture the Ukrainian people, but the struggle continues. Irritated, "bolshevists" start evicting people to Siberia. UPA tries to prevent this action, but the forces are not equal. Insurgents can only take revenge and punish the executioners.

The first brother dies mysteriously and the second brother attempts to take over his work, but in the process begins to lose his humanity, slowly transforming into an undead monster. Based on a story by Vladimir Drozd, "Amulet" is a rare example of horror cinema in the history of Ukrainian film.

Historical and military film about the exploits of fighters during Kyiv defense against the onset of the Nazi troops. In virtually hopeless situation soldiers fulfilled their duty to the end. Capture of Kyiv was the first Pyrrhic Hitler’s victory that in the end led to defeat of Germany during the war.
