A small but powerful orchestra with strict melodies and rhythms in the spirit of “Avia” unleashes a mechanical frenzy: artists under a thick layer of make-up are throwing replicas from Harms' stories and notebooks. Ultimately, this plotless musical by Maxim Didenko with the artists of the Gogol Center claims to incarnate (literally, from the word “flesh”) the universe of a unique writer, the demiurge of a dislocated reality.

Five short films where reality and modern characters are presented in unusual genre settings. In the comedy "Good Afternoon", the courier witnesses an unpredictable family quarrel. "Africa" is the story of a rapidly maturing girl's return to her eccentric and eternally young mother. "Update/Delete" will record the existence of an ordinary passerby in the lenses of several cameras throughout the day, and the nascent revolutionary spirit in the drama "Aquathlon" will turn out tragically. In the "House on the Head of a Clausewertz", a house begins to grow on the head of a lonely person.

A.P. Clauseverz is an ordinary person with an ordinary life. There is work by which he fills the void inside, there is a rented room and there is a dream. But one tiny event destroys his entire tiny world in the bud - a house grows on his head.

Mistral

In the small French town of Arles, the brilliant artist Vincent van Gogh lived through his star period – with yellow sunflowers, a red vineyard, Arlesian women and men, all transferred onto his magical canvases. Here, he, as lonely as anyone, called out to his fellow artists, dreaming of creating a Southern School, where artists could live and work in harmony with nature and with each other. No one responded. Only one came – the genius Paul Gauguin. However, their relationship resembled the famous bullfight in Arles in some ways. And then there was the mistral – the cold northwestern wind blowing along the Mediterranean coast of France from deep autumn to spring, bringing with it anxiety and unease…
