3 Apples Fell from the Sky

Recep, a retired soldier, is left alone after losing his wife. He lives a routine life every day. She cannot get along with her upper neighbor Nilgün, who is a prostitute. He tries to kick Nilgün out of the apartment because he is the manager. One day, his grandson Ali comes to stay for a while. He advises Ali to stay away from Nilgün.

Kuzey Yıldızı: İlk Aşk

Yildiz has loved Kuzey for as long as she has known. She has seen no one but him. Families are also friendly to each other. Kuzey and Yildiz are engaged. But when Kuzey goes to Istanbul to study at university, he forgets all his words and sets sail for new love. When this is learned by his family, Kuzey is excommunicated by everyone in the village, including his own family. Kuzey married the woman he loved. He had three children. Twenty years later, he experienced the pain that Yildiz experienced. He was abandoned by the woman he loved. Kuzey returns to his hometown with his three daughters. Yildiz swore to send him where he came from.

An Anatolian Tale

Taner is a young inventor living in a small town named Gedelli in the middle of the moor. He had lost his father so he was forced to support his family therefore he was not able to attend the Science High School, to which he was admitted, although he wanted it badly. Taner’s mother always tried to get him married, but Taner had no intention to do it as there was a love in his heart, which he had not been able to forget for years. His childhood sweetheart Dilek.

7 Faces

Featuring seven different yet intertwined stories of modern life in Istanbul, 7 Faces is a thought-provoking drama centering on seven characters living in the same city apartment building. Each of them faces a major change in their lives, which requires them to confront their biggest fear or weakness.

Gece Gündüz

Gece Gündüz was a police procedural soap produced by the Altıoklar Productions, the main characters are Aslan Aydemir and Kemal. They both work at the Istanbul Organized Crime section of the police force. The series finished on its 33rd episode. The theme song is an edited version of "Gündüz Gece" by Âşık Veysel Şatıroğlu who is also named "Uzun Ince bir Yoldayım" which was a famous Turkish folk music and Veysel was the famous one for this song.

I Saw the Sun

In the southeast region of Turkey, the Kurdish family of Altun lives in a small mountainside village plagued by a 25-year war that makes their daily lives a hellish struggle. As the war intensifies, the family is forced to migrate west to the city of Istanbul.

An opinion not shared by his sceptical ex-wife; nor by the voters who come to eat and drink at his expense; nor the party leader, who even after several meetings still thinks he's an architect rather than a doctor; not even his faithful chauffeur. The slogan 'the doctor has the cure' might be catchy, but the doctor has little clue how sick the climate of political nepotism really is.
