Bahram Arif oglu Bagirzade (Azerbaijani: Bəhram Arif oglu Bağırzadə) (born September 4, 1972 in Baku, Azerbaijan) is a TV host, actor, comedian and film director. In 1994, he graduated from Azerbaijan State University with a degree in filmmaking. He worked three years in a psychological hospital. From 1992 to 2001 he was a member of the Parni iz Baku team of the Russian TV show KVN.

The events occur during the Nagorno-Karabakh War. Because of a corpse in a zinc coffin with an arguable address, two families get excited. Having cut the lid off the coffin to identify the soldier, they find out that he is, in fact, Armenian - former citizen of Baku.

In capital city Baku, eminent editor Yusef Abranov and director Mehmet are determined to get their latest movie made by any means necessary, after being shut down by the bankrupt national studio. Following various schemes, the only way left to raise the cash is to marry off Yusef’s son to the daughter of the rich guy who’s bought Yusef’s bizarre, mirror-filled house.

Once in the Caucasus
Kazbek Daglarov is the director of the boarding house "Lastochka". Yaramazov is busy drilling his well, and the minister is passing on unnecessary information about him to Fatima Khanum. Finally, Fatima Khanum sets a condition for Kazbek. If the girls' track and field team from Krasnodar come to stay at the boarding house, she will fire Kazbek. Kazbek, who is in such a difficult situation, calls on his friends for help. And Kazbek's loyal friends save him from this predicament.

The Dream
A young man tells the dream he had about running away with the daughter of chief of police to his grandma. People spread and exaggerate rumors as if it was a real story until it reaches to the chief himself.

100 kağız
The main storyline is built around a one-hundred-manat banknote. As the banknote passes from hand to hand, it continually changes owners, but in the end, in an unexpected twist, it belongs to no one. Those who come into possession of it represent different social classes and professions—among them a traffic police officer, a singer, a fortune-teller, a mullah, and others. Thus, the 100-manat note changes hands in various ways… and all these exchanges are accompanied by comic events.

Neighborhood 3
The film begins with the theft of a 15th-century carpet worth two million manats, owned by a wealthy businessman. Eliş and Roşka accidentally find the carpet, which drives the plot forward. Meanwhile, the struggle between a construction company wanting to demolish the neighborhood and residents trying to protect it reflects real-life issues.

Poison Bottle 4: Effort
Realizing that he made a mistake against the girl he loves, Adil finds Rana and TRY to fix the situation. As a result of long searches, Adil can find and help her but he confronts the danger posed by his own grudge at the end.

Don't Be Afraid, I'm with You! 1919
Along with the dangerous adventures, the film also reflects the love of two young heroes. As in Romeo and Juliet, they are the children of two opposing sides.
