Ekipa is a Polish political drama TV series created and directed by Agnieszka Holland, aired from 13 September 2007 until 6 December 2007 on Polsat. Ekipa is the second Polish political fiction series after the 1980s miniseries The Career of Nicodemus Dyzma.

Clergy

The fate of three Catholic priests were linked together through tragic events a few years back. The Boy on the Galloping Horse

The film tells the story of Jerzy, a writer whose creativity has burnt out. His wife and their seven-year-old son Jasiek live far from the city. One day, they find out their son is ill and will have to travel to the city for an operation. The long-anticipated journey is exciting for the boy. For the parents, the journey is one of anxiety and separation, which forces them to reflect anew on the essence of their relationship.

Queens

Magda is raising her one-year-old daughter, Hania, with the help of her roommate, Daniel. When a disagreement arises between the friends, Magda returns to her hometown, where her parents try to set her up with her high school sweetheart, Andrzej. Despite their differences, there's still a connection between the young people, but they now represent completely different lifestyles. Magda faces a choice: to give Andrzej a chance and provide stability for Hania, or to take the more challenging path and teach her daughter the importance of honesty with oneself.
