Bruce Asato Locke is an American actor who portrayed Shang Tsung in Mortal Kombat: Conquest. His fame began after his role in RoboCop 3 as Otomo and he's currently a 2 handicap golfer and active on the charitable celebrity golf circuit in between roles.
