Carmen Osbahr is a Mexican-American puppeteer and actress. She has performed Rosita on Sesame Street since 1991, and also performed Kiki Flores on The Puzzle Place and Lily on Johnny and the Sprites.

The Puzzle Place
The Puzzle Place is an American children's television series produced by KCET in Los Angeles, California and Lancit Media in New York City, New York. It premiered on the Public Broadcasting Service on January 16, 1995, and ran for about four years, airing its final episode on December 4, 1998. Reruns were continued until March 31, 2000. The show followed a multi-ethnic group of kids from different parts of the United States who hung out at "the Puzzle Place", which is a teen hangout themed around jigsaw puzzle pieces. In each episode the characters were confronted with an everyday conflict usually encountered in childhood and even early teenagerdom, such as making moral decisions, sharing, racism, sexism, etc.

The Mormon Tabernacle Choir and Orchestra at Temple Square join the Muppets® from Sesame Street® and guest vocalist Santino Fontana (the voice of Prince Hans in the popular Disney movie Frozen) in a celebration of the spirit of Christmas. Fontana makes his entrance on this beautifully produced show in a hot air balloon surrounded by large toy airplanes that drop from the ceiling as the Choir opens with the number "The Candyman/Pocketful of Miracles." Johnny and the Sprites
The show follows main character Johnny (a songwriter), as he moves into a house given to him by his great-uncle. There, he discovers little magical creatures simply known as "sprites", who introduce him to their fantasy world. In return, Johnny shows the sprites what it's like to be human, often teaching them (and the viewer) an important life lesson.
