Cynthia Ashperger is a Croatian-Canadian stage, film and television actress, writer, director and producer. She holds a PhD from the University of Toronto’s Graduate Centre for Studies in Drama and has taught Acting at Ryerson Theatre School, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Promised Land

When Markan's son proposes to Milisa's daughter, the two men confront each other. In self-defense Markan kills Milisa, however the national court fails to find mitigating circumstances. On the way to prison he listens to the news on radio about the abolition of agricultural cooperatives.

Anticasanova

Dumpling, discovering that he is physically similar to doctor, and seeing his big chance in it, disables the doctor and takes his place at the sanatorium.

The Waiting Room
