The File Of Justice

The Files of Justice is a series of Hong Kong legal drama produced by TVB. There were 5 seasons produced, the first was aired in 1992 spanning 13 episodes. The series revolves around a group of lawyers and legal personnel with stories interwoven between their personal lives and the court cases in which they’re engaged. This drama is Bobby Au Yeung's TV debut.

Emergency Unit

After ten years behind the bars in Taiwan, Kong Sai-Hao finally returns to Hong Kong. Besides hoping to find his daughter Yau-Yau to mend their relationship, he also plans for revenge. On one hand, he pretends to surrender to triad boss To Yik-Tin, the man who caused him to be jailed. On the other hand, he tries to gain trust from police officers Chung Lap-Man and Lee Pak-Kiu. Pak-Kiu refuses to have a criminal as his friend, but Lap-Man becomes a undercover cop in Sai-Hao's gang. Along with Sai-Hao, they overrule Yik-Tin and take over the mafia, and the two develop a misconceived mentor-student relationship. Unfortunately, Lap-Man gets fired from the police force before he can finish his mission in the mafia. He becomes Sai-Hao's people and turns his back against the police force.

Show Time Blues

Teen idols Ha (Mui Siu Wai) and Ping (Chan Mui Hing) fall in love with actor Ning (Ma Tak Chung) at the same time. Their entanglements make headlines everyday. Ha discovers that Ning is just using her, so she leaves him. Ping, on the other hand, meets a better man and retires from her singing career. The two most talented record producers, Choi (Lai Yiu Cheung) and Hung (Kwok Siu Wan, Florence) place a bet: whoever could train a nobody into the most popular singer in town would win. Then they meet Pui (Lam Ka Dong) and Shan (Kong Yan Ying) and turn them into popular idols. Shan’s uncle, Ming (Timothy Zau), persuades the “Three Flies” (Dai Yiu Ming, Lee Ka Keung and Man Ka Wing) to sing in his bar to attract customers. To his surprise, their performances are widely accepted and Shan therefore decides to bring them into the show business.

Real Kung Fu

Wing Chun Master WONG WAH PO’s successor LEUNG TSAN is framed for a murder and flees to Foshan. He finds shelter with his uncle LEUNG YEE TAI (LEUNG KA YAN). In order to investigate the murder, TSAN goes under-cover and becomes a cook for a tycoon, Mr CHAN. He meets his lover CHEUNG KIN HEI in CHAN’s house. He is shocked to find that HEI is now married. HEI is jealous about a beautiful princess FU TSAT HO YUET who is always with TSAN. HEI thinks that TSAN ran away to avoid marrying her, and chases him all the way to Foshan. She has crossed some villains, so the only way to save herself is to have a fake marriage with the powerful Mr CHAN. Chan dies soon after the wedding, leaving HEI suddenly widowed. She is determined to raise CHAN’s only son CHAN WAH SHUN as a responsible person.

Dicey Business

Chai Foon-Cheung has not won a single game since his defeat in the World Poker Championship twenty years ago. It is the bad luck he has had all these years that has earned him a job in the casino. Ironically, the man who hires him is one of his then competitors Kiu Ching-Cho.

A Recipe for the Heart

A heartwarming drama about two chefs competing for the coveted title of “Master of All Chefs”, “A Recipe for the Heart” is a delightful combination of gracefully concocted food and great comedy. Shek (Chun Pui) was the chef as well as the owner of the restaurant Delicious Garden. He disappeared after defeating by his good friend Shan (Bobby Au-Yeung) in a cooking contest, leaving behind his wife Yuen (Lydia Shum) and his daughter So So (Esther Kwan). Shan then disguised as Kut to help the two women and inspired So to be a good chef. The two became an odd couple but admired each other. Their relationships got complicated when Song (Jessica Hester Hsuan) claimed to be Kut’s fiancee... .

State of Divinity

Ling-wu Chung, a senior student of the Wah Mount Sect, was not at all brilliant when he joined the Sect, but was soon taught to master the sword by a legendary swordsman Yeung. Chung’s master, Kwan, resented this and drove Chung away. In order to get hold of “Kwai Fa Bo Din”, the book on the most powerful martial art, Kwan diverts attention by secretly creating troubles everywhere. Chung, on the other hand, becomes the leader of the Hang Mount Sect by chance and falls in love with Kwan's daughter. When she betrays him, he turns to the daughter of the Devil Sect leader, and thus causes a love triangle between them.

At the Threshold of an Era

Spanning 20 years, from 1990 to 2010, the series tells of three entrepreneurs who founded a company together to achieve the ultimate goal of developing a pollution-free town in Hong Kong. Through the years, they face many struggles, but most particularly, the family vendetta between two of the company founders.
