Blanca
Blanca Ferrando is a young woman who became blind at the age of twelve, due to a dramatic fire in which her older sister Beatrice died and which was caused by her violent boyfriend, Sebastian. This tragedy made her develop a very strong sense of justice to the point of pushing her to join the police. Blanca is helped by her most trusted friends: her guide dog Linneo, a female bulldog who protects and comforts her in the most difficult moments, and her beautician friend, Stella. After overcoming her work challenges, she finds herself facing sentimental ones: torn between two men, Inspector Michele Liguori, a man of many secrets, and Nanni, a young cook.

Giulio is a widower, struggling to raise three sons, Marco, Rudi, and Mimmo, as best he can. He lives in Rome's working-class Garbatella neighborhood and runs a wine shop with his two brothers. Lucia, meanwhile, comes from Milan's middle-class background; she's divorced and trying to rebuild her life with her two daughters, Eva and Alice. The two meet by chance and recognize each other: they had a fling as teenagers, many years earlier. Yet first love is never forgotten, and so Giulio and Lucia find themselves together again. In a weird pub, a lone man is sleeping. Suddenly, an ensemble of voices wakes him up. He opens his eyes and looks around, confused, as he neither knows who he is nor how he got there. In this pub, there is only the bartender. Staggering to the counter, he doesn't recognize where he is; he asks the bartender but receives only cryptic answers. The man doesn't understand. He then tries to leave, but he is unable to do so. However, he realizes that if he wants to get out of that pub, he must deal with his problem.
