The Ciphers

Moscow, 1956. Four women who are tied by the military past: work in the special department of the GRU, 11 years later converge again to conduct investigations and help the investigating authorities in especially complicated cases. With phenomenal analytical skills, Irina, Anna, Sophia and Katerina risk themselves, as well as the well-being of their own families, in order to get on the trail of criminals who threaten the lives of ordinary people and the whole country. Cipher is a Russian television detective based on the British mini-series The Bletchley Circle. The working title of the series is "The Ciphers". The series is produced by Sony Pictures Television, Lean-M and the Pobeda Production Association. The premiere of the television series took place on March 11, 2019 on Channel One.

Queen of Spades: Through the Looking Glass

The sinister ghost of the Queen of Spades is out for blood, her victims the students of an old boarding school shrouded in gloomy rumors. Exploring the school’s abandoned wing, the teenagers discover a mirror covered in mysterious drawings. Facing it, they playfully recite an incantation which renders their innermost desires a reality - at the expense of nothing less than their souls.

Realizing that something needs to change in life, a simple girl Sasha Gvozdikova leaves Yekaterinburg for Moscow, abandoning a boring job and a married lover. She writes short stories and dreams of getting them published, but overestimates her writing talent. Together with Sasha, two of her best friends from Yekaterinburg, Katya and Alyona, live in Moscow. The plot of the story revolves around three heroines who are trying to find themselves in metropolitan life and in relationships.

The Nurse

A wealthy and influential family hires Katya as a nurse for a dying father. Most unexpectedly, the young woman becomes his closest confidant and the only person in his life whom he can trust. Passions run high around Katya as a huge inheritance is at stake. From a modest nurse, whose only task was to care for the sick in the last days of his life, Katya involuntarily turns into an active participant of the family drama with all its hopes, fights and disillusions. It turns out that the seemingly happy and tight-knit family has its skeletons in the closet, and these secrets can come at a price of a human life.
