Biography
David Wu Tai Wai (Chinese 胡大為; born Hong Kong, 1952) is a Hong Kong-Canadian editor, director, and actor of film and television, known for his collaborations with directors John Woo and Ronnie Yu. He is also the editor of several international cult classics such as A Chinese Ghost Story , Hard Boiled, Bride of Chucky and Brotherhood of the Wolf. He has been nominated 12 times for the Hong Kong Film Award for Best Editing, winning twice for Hard Boiled (1992) and The Crossing (2014). He has also been nominated for several Directors Guild of Canada and Leo Awards.

On that side of the track is Ah Sing (Roy Chiao), uncouth, unkempt, a garage repairman, a bravado with plenty of tricks up his overall sleeve. And on the other side of the track is rich, young recording artist Gayle (Rowena Cortes), idol of the young with her songs and dances, but an orphan. Harry is her manager. They should not meet, least to say forming some kind of partnership, but they do. Gayle goes to Ah Sing's garage for repairs. When Harry and she drive off, the car's undercarriage Ah Sing and drags him along. Fate steps in the form of five toughles who stop the car and kidnap Gayle to a farmhouse. It so happens that Gayle's father and the five were robbers but the father took off with all the money while the five were caught. They want the money back now they have served the time...

The Funny Half Show is a funny program produced by Hong Kong Television Broadcasts Limited from 1990 to 1991. The first series began on January 6, 1990, and aired on Emerald Channel every Saturday at 8:35 pm, with a total of 13 episodes. The content of the program is mainly funny and satirical, and it was very popular when it was broadcast.

A young rebel falls for the sister of a local kickboxing champion. In order to stay out of jail, he is advised by his parole officer to begin training in the art of kickboxing. His romance with the girl blossoms but comes to a crashing halt when he is forced to face her brother in the ring. When the brother is accidentally killed, the romance ends and the young kickboxer participates in illegal street fights. Winner Takes All?
Joe is betrayed by his gang, who then set out to kill him. On the run, he forcibly enters the apartment of Ann. Despite being initially scared, Joe departs on fairly friendly terms, and catches up with Ann again the next day at her work. One of Ann's students is Sweetie, whose father Mr Fung dotes on her. Fung, a jeweller, is also being romantically pursued by one of his employees, Elsa. The following day, Joe's old gang rob Fung's jewellery shop, during which time they snatch Sweetie.

Three lazybones friends manufacture a firebomb and place it in a cinema. Pearl, a sadistic young girl, has observed the scene, follows the bombers and starts to manipulate them. The four criminals plan more and more daring acts.
