After the collapse of the Soviet power in the 90s, a chemist scientist in one of Azerbaijan's scientific research institutes obtains a new solution. The scientist examines the positive and negative consequences of the chemical solution. With its help, a certain part of a person's memory can be erased and used in negative activities. At the same time, it can protect people from drug addiction and alcoholism. But the results are not as expected.

Interrogation
The investigator Seyfi Ganiyev runs the case of an illegal mercery shop's head Murad Abiyev, who confessed in embezzlement of one million rubles from public funds. Abiyev is also accused of the murder of an underage girls that occurred in Riga shortly after Abiyev saw her. He denies his guilt, but does not name the perpetrators though he knows them, despite the fact that he is facing the death penalty. The investigator understands that some high-ranking officials stand behind Abiyev, but he has no proof. Ganiyev seeks to obtain from the prisoner the whole truth to bring the criminals to justice.

The film explores intelligent feelings of harmonious coordination and human problems, as well as psychological issues. The film addresses topical issues of contemporary morality. The protagonist, Murad, has a family and a good job, but on a whim, he suddenly feels compelled to abandon everything. Deep down, he is torn between feelings of love and indifference.
