Emily Bett Rickards is a Canadian actress. She is known for her role as Felicity Smoak on The CW series Arrow (2012), her first television credit. She has also reprised the role in the Arrowverse shows The Flash (2014), Legends of Tomorrow (2016) and Supergirl (2015) and voiced the character on the animated web series Vixen (2015). She also played Wrestling Legend Mildred Burke in Queen of the Ring (2024).
