Şerif Sezer, Türk, tiyatro, sinema ve dizi oyuncusu.1943 yılında Bursa iline bağlı Mudanya ilçesinde doğdu. Oyunculuğa tiyatro ile başladı. Bir Günün Hikayesi adlı filmle 1980 yılında sinemaya geçti. İyi derecede Fransızca biliyor. Boyu 1.72 m kilo 63. Bir dönem Fransa'da modellik yapmıştır. Asmalı Konak dizisindeki Kader Hamzaoğlu rolü ile de tanınır.Çemberimde Gül Oya dizisinde Sultan karakterini canlandırmıştır.
