Eva Gaëlle Green (born July 6, 1980) is a French actress and model. She started her career in theatre before making her film debut in 2003 in Bernardo Bertolucci's controversial “The Dreamers.” She achieved international recognition when she appeared in Ridley Scott's “Kingdom of Heaven” (2005) and portrayed Vesper Lynd in the James Bond film “Casino Royale” (2006). That same year, Green was awarded the BAFTA Rising Star Award.
