Das Mädchen mit den Feuerzeugen
This modern variation on Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale "The Girl with the Matchsticks" begins Christmas in a home for the disabled. The four wheelchair users Aga, Ringo, the White Giant and Spasski are fed up with the same old boredom and decide to celebrate their own "party". They requisition the collected donations and set off to explore Munich at night. There, all doors are initially closed to the wheelchair gang, but then the friends meet an angel in the form of a lighter saleswoman who grants them three wishes. None of the runaways take them seriously until the first wish is actually fulfilled unexpectedly.

The Curse
When a young family, father, mother and their daughter, is on a trip in the mountains, they lose orientation and have to stay there for the night. The daughter finds a dead young girl who does exactly look like herself. When they check for mountain rescue service they suddenly find themselves deeply involved in an local myth about a prophecy which seems to be fulfilling now. The mountains are bearing an old curse.

While the unemployed actor Dieter "Did" Stricker keeps his head above water as a barker, his old acquaintance Rainer turns up, who now works as a PR strategist for the radical right-wing NSDU party. Did's rhetorical talent and his great poses would suit the faceless party well. With a few tricks, Rainer persuades his former colleague to run for office. With success: the popularity of the party increases, as do Stricker's fees. But suddenly his conscience speaks out.

A group of young people become involved with the kidnap of a local politician with the aim of halting construction work on a nearby nuclear power plant.
