His father disappeared for no apparent reason and his mother could not cope with it. Therefore, Žluťásek spends most of his time in a gang led by the bankrupt actor Ancek. Oldřich, in whom paternal qualities have awakened for understandable reasons, begins to take an interest in and care for Žluťásek. In addition to breaking through Žluťásek's initial distrust, this will also mean getting to know Ancek and his dubious gang...

Mature Wine
A loose sequel to the 1976 comedy Stormy Wine. The screenwriters and the director recreate on screen a number of characters from the South Moravian town of Pálavice, characterised by their different attitudes and approaches to work and private life. A number of serious issues touching on the times emerge around the story of the con man. The fundamental dispute between the vice-chairman Janák and the chairman of the merged cooperatives ing. Urban, as well as the satirical theme of illegal machinations and bribes, are undoubtedly of general validity.

The story takes place in the countryside, where little Vashko's dad takes him and his mother, and where another surprise awaits them: not only an excellent holiday in the setting of a rock town, but also the figure of a grandfather, understanding all the dangerous beliefs in the turbulent surface of the renewed relationship of the three closest people. As punishment, the devil Matěj must grant the wishes of a poor young man named Ondra until he says he is completely happy. But can such happiness even be achieved? Hell has its doubts about this, and it seems that they are justified, as the other devils are well entertained by Matěj's helplessness. After fulfilling ordinary wishes, when Ondra finally warms up, eats well, and gets dressed, more serious complications arise. Ondra falls in love with Rézinka, a countess from the castle, and to make matters worse, the devil Matěj takes a liking to the cook Marjánka.
