Giorgi Shavgulidze was born on 16 November 1910 in Kutaisi, Kutaisi Governorate, Russian Empire [now Imereti, Republic of Georgia]. He was an actor, known for Mamluqi (1958), Khidi (1942) and Zvigenis kbili (1959). He died on 13 April 1959 in Tbilisi, Georgian SSR, USSR [now Republic of Georgia].
