Born: July 22, 1968
Place of Birth: Udine, Italy
Known For

Stucky
On duty at the Treviso Police Headquarters, Stucky is an apparently absent-minded inspector, often underestimated, who is guided by his instinct, curiosity and out-of-the-box thinking. He appears to be modeled after Lieutenant Colombo, down to the trenchcoat and the ever-present cigar.

Guarda il cielo: Stella, Sonia, Silvia
Three situations about women's lives in three different periods.

Perfect Strangers
During a dinner, a group of friends decide to share whatever message or phone call they will receive during the evening, with unforeseen consequences.

Ask Me If I'm Happy
Aspiring thespians Aldo, Giovanni and Giacomo work dead-end jobs while nurturing their dream production of Cyrano de Bergerac, until love for the same woman tears their friendship apart. Three years later, Giovanni and Giacomo reunite after learning that Aldo is dying.

I wanted to be a rock star
Olivia is a 27-year-old girl in an existential crisis who finds herself quickly becoming an adult and responsible to raise her twin girls alone and keep a slacker brother out of trouble. An accident opens her eyes to the fact that she has only one life and that, perhaps, it is worth trying to change it to realize some of the dreams that she has put aside.

Tutti pazzi per amore
Paolo Giorgi and Laura Del Fiore, coincidentally approaching their forties, find themselves sharing the ups and downs of life with growing children, extended families, and a hilarious love story.

The Last Slap
Siblings Petra and Jure want to re-purpose their old lakeside house. To raise money for such a venture, they get involved in the search for a lost dog, hoping to get a substantial financial reward. They cross paths with the ruthless entrepreneur Nicola. When their plan turns sour, Christmas turns into a nightmare riddled with slaps and plot twists.

We Can Do That
The film follows Nello, the recently hired director of a newly developed work cooperative of former mental patients. After the closure of state psychiatric hospitals and asylums in Italy under the Basaglia Law many former patients were left with few resources and little hope of reintegrating into society. With the intention of actually improving the lives of his pupils, rather than just sedating them, Nello encourages them to expand their individual abilities and explore the wider world around them although, regardless of intention, there is sometimes a price to pushing boundaries too quickly.

La prima neve
Michele is eleven years old and lives in a small town in the mountains of Trento, with his mother and his paternal grandfather Pietro; his father has recently died. The boy’s pain meets that of Dani, a boy from Togo, who is a total ‘stranger’ to that place covered in snow which he has never seen before in his life.

Bread and Tulips
An endearing light comedy about a woman who spontaneously becomes a resident of Venice after her family left her behind. While enjoying the wonderful people she meets she achieves a new life and the first time independent of her family.
