The film tells the story of Şah's revenge on Ökkeş Ağa and his son Ömer. Ökkeş Ağa assigns his man Gaffar to kill Hamza, who married the girl he loved, and his family. Gaffar cannot bring himself to kill Hamza's young son. He names him Şah and raises him in a cave like a warrior. Years later, when Ömer shoots Ali, the son of the village headman who married the girl he loved, at his wedding, the villagers inform Şah. Şah, who is Ali's friend, swears to kill Ökkeş Ağa and Ömer. Ömer, unaware that he is sealing his own fate, kills Ali's widow and her father after Ali.

Heartbeat

Eylul the stubborn, school girl turns up to be a strong professional doctor by the help of her teacher Ali Asaf. After years of separation they meet up again but not as a teacher and student, instead as surgeons working side by side.
