Grant Shapps is a British Conservative Party politician, former Minister of State at the Department for International Development and former Chairman of the Conservative Party. He is Member of Parliament for Welwyn Hatfield. He was returned to Parliament in the general election of 8 June 2017 with 26,374 votes.
