Inspired by true events. Buenos Aires, 1979. Bill Evans, the great jazz pianist, arrives in Argentina for a series of concerts. One of them is in San Nicolás, a town in the province of Buenos Aires. Evans (a heroin addict for twenty years), along with his two musicians and his manager, get into the Argentine businessman's car. On the day of the concert, they learn they will be playing during the "Miss Winter 1979" pageant. Out-of-tune piano, boxing, drugs, death, memories, whiskey, and empanadas. In a town similar to his childhood, the impossible and the true collide for Evans.

Cheese Head
It tells the story of four Jewish boys during a few summer days at the country club where their parents take them, on the outskirts of Buenos Aires, in 1993. Within the club, the four define themselves as outsiders, since they do not participate in the sports activities that are practiced there, and therefore do not fit into the logic that governs the place, being permanently bothered and mocked by the rest of the children of their age.

It tells the story of Julián, a young ranch hand who is reunited with Patricio, the son of his boss and his childhood friend. The passage of time and being face to face in the countryside where they were born, will make them realize that their childhood affection has become an indomitable feeling.

Disco Limbo
A young man briefly meets another young man in a party and loses sight of him after a experiencing a quick crush. The search begins, with both love and exorcism. With the help of a girlfriend who now lives far away but keeps him company in her own way, he tries to find him in parties and similar situations to that of their first encounter. But none of this is actually what it seems. Disco Limbo plants its flag on common fiction grounds and creates its own language, made of mountain settings, dubbed voices, animated topographies, tutorials, video games, deserts, karaoke, and endless parties. The result is a journey in which time and space aren’t necessary companions, and where there’s so much distance between words and pictures as it exists between the boy who is searching and the one who –we can conclude– is escaping.
