Saur Sepuh: The Knight of Madangkara
Set at the end of the Majapahit era, Bre Wirabhumi, son of Hayamwuruk, but born from a concubine, demands his right to be king of Majapahit. The kingdom is then ruled by Wikramawardhana, son-in-law of Hayamwuruk. To rival Majapahit, Bre Wirabhumi creates the Pamotan kingdom and looks for allies amongst other kingdoms. Saur Sepuh III: The Flower of Mount Lawu
Set during the kingdom of Majapahit after the reign of King Hayam Wuruk, the Saur Sepuh films were based on the popular radio plays in the 80s. Lasmini is raped and thrown into a ravine, but is saved by Granny Lawu. She is then taught martial arts until the granny dies. Then Lasmini leaves the mountain to find her rapists and kills them one by one. One day, she has a fight with Mantili because she is close to Bentar. Then Lasmini returns to Mount Lawu to improve her martial arts. After learning new skills, she returns to challenge all the martial arts experts and is victorious. Mantili then goes to improve his skills from Brama and challenges Lasmini. Now Lasmini is defeated.
Midnight Guest
The harmonious marriage of Sulaiman and his wife Ningsih is shattered when the latter falls in love with Kadir and then she demands both he and their daughter Mirna leave the house so she can move her lover in. But then Kadir, a playboy, has an affair with Suryani, a widow who has a daughter of her own named Lisa. The affair is found out when Ningsih catches them in the act and a fight leads to a murder. Kadir and Suryani bury Ningsih near the house and are then haunted by Ningsih’s spirit, who also possesses Lisa.
