Hoàng Cúc is a Vietnamese actress. She is known for her roles as Tám Bính in the 1988 adaptation of Nguyên Hồng's novel Bỉ Vỏ and Dương Thị Ngọc Hoan in Hải Ninh's historical drama Kiếp phù du (1990).
