Es una actriz de cine y televisión nacida en Barcelona (Cataluña). Debutó en la televisión en la serie de TV3 'Secrets de família' en 1995. Su primera incursión en el cine fue con el papel de Paz en la película 'Taxi' dirigida por Carlos Saura y estrenada en 1996. En 1997 gana el premio Goya a la mejor actriz revelación por su papel de Helena en 'Más allá del jardín'. Ha participado en películas como 'Que se mueran los feos', 'La estrella' o 'Ciudad Delirio'. Y entre sus trabajos en televisión destacan sus papeles en 'Infidels', 'El corazón del océano', 'Velvet' o 'Cites' ente otros.
