Ippei Saito (斉藤一平, Saitō Ippei, May 17, 1977) is a Japanese actor born in Kyōto and raised in Otsu, Shiga Prefecture. He graduated from Rikkyo University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Business Administration. He is affiliated with Office Morimoto. He is 176 cm tall and weighs 70 kg.
