Fazlisham bin Mat Hussin (born 26 June 1987) or better known as Issey Titan is an actor, comedian, producer, host and radio presenter Hot FM (2016-18) and Suria (2018-21). He is a member of the comedy group Titan in Bintang Mencari Bintang.
