The Wall - The Final Days

One of her brothers was shot dead while trying to escape at the Wall and her partner Andreas only survived his escape to the West with serious injuries. In order to finally reunite the family with their son Sven, whose existence Andreas only learned about in the West, Katja also dares to flee across the Hungarian-Austrian border. Without success. She is arrested, while her son ends up alone in the West. For Katja, a desperate struggle for freedom and the existence of her family now begins. While she is subjected to the grueling interrogation methods of officer Bert Schäfer, the GDR is heading towards the "hot autumn of 1989". A time that will soon change everything...

Die Draufgänger

Ernst Thälmann
This elaborate two-part television film features a section from the life of communist worker leader Ernst Thälmann. It begins with the bloody riots on May 1, 1929 in Berlin, in which police officers shot at demonstrating workers, and ends with February 7, 1933, when Thälmann appeared as a speaker at the illegal meeting of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Germany in goat neck. This period was marked by the struggle of the Communists against the ever stronger National Socialists and the rise of Adolf Hitler.

Siska
Siska is a German television series created by Herbert Reinecker and Helmut Ringelmann and broadcast since October 30, 1998 on the network ZDF. In France, the series was broadcast on France 3 and rebroadcast on 13th Street. It is a police drama and follows the adventures of Peter Siska and later Victor Siska. Anyway it wasn't the best surname for a policeman because in some languages word "Siska" has extremely close meaning to "Boob" or "Tit". So you'll never see this series on, for example, Russian television. Croatian Radiotelevision has however shown the series, despite 'Siska' having the same meaning in the Croatian language
