Biography
Karl-Arne Holmsten was a Swedish stage and screen actor. He made his film debut in Ragnar Arvedson's "Kustens glada kavaljerer" in 1938. Karl-Arne Holmsten portrayed the elegant detective John Hillman in five films by Arne Mattsson, based on Folke Mellvig's novels. He also played Maria Lang's detective Christer Wijk in two films.
