Katsuhiro Tokuishi (德石 勝大, Tokuishi Katsuhiro; born October 16) is a Japanese voice actor (seiyuu) from Kagoshima Prefecture. He is affiliated with 81 Produce. He speaks the Kagoshima dialect. His hobbies and special skills include cycling, tennis, card games, and MMORPGs.
