Yapool has returned after being injured in Ultraman Ginga S. He masterminds several attacks on Shou's homeworld, the Victorian kingdom in an attempt to get to the Victorium Core. Ultraman Hikari appears and grants Shou the ability to transform into Knight Mode with the Knight Timbre. Now free from their Spark Doll forms, some of the Showa Ultras join Victory in his fight.

The 13-year-old Benny's father has mysteriously disappeared on an expedition to Sirius. Almost at the same time, attacks start from the alien intars to the Earth dwellers. They implant themselves in the bodies of the inhabitants of the earth. Due to the mysterious disappearance of Benny's father, he is accused of making common cause with the intars. Hakuo Academy used to be a prestigious high school, and famous for martial arts. However, because the rival school, Seishikan, lured superior students by dirty way, Hakuo Academy was going to decline. In order to recover from the situation, Hokujo Hikoko, the chairperson of the board of directors, sent a messenger to the Fuma Village. Fuma Clan was a ninja group, and it was said that they could run several thousands miles a day, they could hear a needle drop three miles away, and they could tell apart one's face a mile away in darkness, etc. The leader of Fuma sent Kojiro to the academy. What was waiting for him at school was fight against Yasha Clan that worked for Seishikan and the strongest enemy Asuka Musashi. Musashi was fighting for a little sister who was suffering from incurable disease.

Ultraman Mebius
Ultraman Mebius is a Japanese television series produced by Tsuburaya Productions and Chubu-Nippon Broadcasting. It is the 17th TV series and 40th anniversary production in the Ultra Series, which first began in 1966. It premiered on the Tokyo Broadcasting System on April 8, 2006. Unlike the two prior entries, Ultraman Nexus and Ultraman Max, Mebius was moved from Saturday mornings to Saturday evenings at 05:30. "Mebius" is the Japanese approximation of Möbius; the Möbius strip is a recurring motif in the series and the show going to air in Korea in April 2012. The series opens with the introduction of the rookie Ultraman Mebius, who is sent to Earth by the Father of Ultra. The series is set 40 years after the shows of Ultraman, and makes many references from Ultra Q through to Ultraman 80.
