Kenneth Joel "Kenny" Hotz (born May 3, 1967) is an international award winning Canadian producer and comedian. He is a former South Park staff writer, award-winning writer for Vice, creator/star of the Comedy Central television series Kenny vs. Spenny, creator and writer of the FX series Testees and Kenny Hotz's Triumph of the Will.

Testees is a Canadian television series, created by Kenny Hotz and written and produced by Kenny Hotz and Derek Harvie. Testees originally aired on Thursdays at 10:30 PM EST on FX and ran from October 9, 2008 to December 18, 2008. and debuted on October 14, 2008 on Showcase in Canada. The show is filmed in Toronto and Hamilton, Ontario. Testees is now showing on FX in the UK, I.Sat in Brazil and Comedy Central in Germany, Austria and the Netherlands. After one season, Testees was not renewed by FX.

On a roll, they leave Toronto for Hollywood, getting advice from Arthur Hiller and Neil Simon and finding an agent who expresses interest in their pitch.

There were some moralistic values in it so it did have some meaning but Kenny Hotzs Triumph Of The Will has real heart.
