A filmmaker gets into a dispute over the content of his film. This angers the chairman of a major company in the industry so much that the filmmaker is almost kicked out of the business. Stuck between a rock and a hard place, he is visited by an 18-year old girl. She brings 30 million yen in cash with her, and asks him to make a film.
Fool's Blues
Daikon, the director who created a legendary movie 30 years ago, is now a person of the past, and he is spending his empty days falling for the pimp of the pinsaro girl Tamako. One day, Tamako's old lover appears, and Daikon and Tamako escape to a striptease theater in Hiroshima, where a junior from college is the director. The two end up living in the theater's dressing room, where the director and his friends in the entertainment district warmly welcome them. However, when Daikon dabbles in a stripper, a rift appears in their relationship. Puzzle
High school student Azusa jumps off from the rooftop of a school building, but she survives. One month later, the school is taken over by group of people wearing bizarre masks. A pregnant teacher is imprisoned, while the head director of the school and male students disappear. Azusa then finds pieces of a puzzle in an envelope given to her by classmate Shigeo. The puzzle pieces holds the key to solve the case. Azusa chases after Shigeo and she sees something which is unimaginable.
Tokyo Tribe
In an alternate Japan, territorial street gangs form opposing factions collectively known as the Tokyo Tribes. Merra, leader of the Wu-Ronz tribe of Bukuro, joins forces with heavy-hitting gangster Buppa of Buppa Town. With Buppa's support, Merra aims to initiate a gang war between the Wu-Ronz and the Musashino Saru, and in a confrontation between the two attempts to kill Kai of the Musashino Saru. The inadvertent murder of Kai's friend Tera (a Musashino Saru member beloved by all Tribes since before their formation) leads to the joining of forces between all of the Tribes in an all-out war against Merra and Buppa.
