Biography
Kota Ibushi is a Japanese professional wrestler and former martial artist who debuted in July 2004 with Dramatic Dream Team (DDT) in Tokyo. He is currently signed with All Elite Wrestling (AEW) and is a former multi-time champion in NJPW, including the IWGP World Heavyweight, Intercontinental, and Junior Heavyweight titles. A two-time G1 Climax (2019, 2020) winner and one-half of the celebrated “Golden☆Lovers” tag team with Kenny Omega, Ibushi has also competed in WWE’s Cruiserweight Classic, and has risen to global prominence in both singles and tag team competition.

With his crisp chops, vicious kicks, and lightning fast reflexes, KENTA was right at home in Ring of Honor, and it was those attributes that lead to his domination of ROH in 2006, culminating in the epic ROH World Title bout with Bryan Danielson. Whether it be Austin Aries, Rocky Romero, or Samoa Joe, nearly every one in ROH went toe-to-toe with KENTA and had the scars to prove it.
