Babylon XX

The new reality changes the usual life in the village of Babylon. Attempts to communize the small town are met with resistance from the rich people living in the town. The Red Army finally puts down the resistance. Amidst the resistance philosopher Fabian returns to Babylon and tries to prevent bloodshed, but he meets a tragic fate.

Run, and Don't Look Back!

The action begins at a meeting in a Voronezh hospital. Doctor Tatiana Bobrova is nervous - she needs to go home, but the head doctor won't let her go until all the issues are resolved. Finally, she manages to escape. Her husband, police captain Sergei Bobrov, who holds one of the key positions in the Internal Affairs Department, is waiting for her at home. He meets her with a stream of accusations, quickly drives himself into a frenzy and beats Tatiana, neatly bypassing her face and visible parts of her body. Tatiana got married three months ago, and two weeks ago had already suffered one beating. That time he apologized, swore that it would never happen again... Even then she had already considered running away, but did not have time to prepare properly. And now Tatiana decides to escape immediately.

White Shadow

Based on the novel of the same name by Yurii Mushketyk. For the second year, a laboratory headed by professor Marchenko has been working on the problem of photosynthesis. The work absorbs the entire team – each new result seems to confirm the correctness of the leader’s theory. The scientist Borozna, convinced that his colleague’s research path is mistaken, makes it clear to a doctor that it is time to stop and take a more critical look at the results.
