Biography
Lucas Caleb Rooney an American actor. He's known for his role as Joe Miller in Boardwalk Empire; he is a recurring guest star in the third season and debuts in the episode "Resolution". He has been active since 2003 and also appeared in the films One Last Thing... (2005), On Broadway (2007), and The Grand Inquisitor (2007). He has appeared in the series Six Degrees, Journeyman, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, and Person of Interest.
